Healio Lux Refund & Return Policy

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition to be eligible.

  • To start a return, contact us at healiolux@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Exchanges

  • Healio Lux currently does not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at healiolux@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include photos of the defect or damage.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in original condition, damaged after delivery, or missing parts cannot be returned.
