Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition to be eligible.
To start a return, contact us at healiolux@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
Exchanges
Healio Lux currently does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at healiolux@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include photos of the defect or damage.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Items not in original condition, damaged after delivery, or missing parts cannot be returned.
Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.
